ORDER PROCESSING
All of our products are made in small batches, and take time to produce and cure, before shipment. Most times, we will ship within the next 2 business days. However, during high volume times, that timeframe will be delayed. For good measure, please allow 7-10 business days to process your order before shipping. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days, using USPS delivery standard of 3 - 5 business days. We do not ship outside of United States of America at this time.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
DAMAGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@byrdcandleco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
